A. Over-current and overload debugging:
The thermal relay current adjustment knob, and slowly to less than the actual operating current direction of rotation, each rotation a little scale, interval 2-5 minutes until the thermal relay action unit to stop working so far. And then reverse the rotation can be a little scale;
B. The lack of phase sensitivity debugging:
The unit to start again, and one by one off the unit knife switch fuse, the unit in two-phase power state. Observe whether the thermal relay can cut off the control power within 5 seconds;
C. Short-circuit test:
This step is usually dependent on the power supply system to protect the air switch. Generally do not make field tests (more dangerous) requires the power supply system must be equipped with air switch (air switch model preferred DW10 type, DZ type is the second choice).
