Installation of submersible sewage pump: Lift the pump casing, and place the coupling equipment (coupling equipment, submersible sewage pump and electric motor are generally made into a complete set of machinery and equipment) in the guide rod, so that the pump casing is slowly reduced along the guide rod until the coupling The combined machinery and equipment are connected with the outlet elbow on the pump base, and the outlet axis of the centrifugal water pump overlaps with the inlet axis of the outlet elbow.
Installation of water outlet and accessories: The outlet of the centrifugal water pump and the outlet elbow are connected by flanges, and other accessories on the water outlet, including stop valves, compensators and check valves, are connected by flanges.
When the pump casing is being overhauled, people do not need to enter the sump (pit). Manual services or mechanical equipment can be used to clearly raise the pump casing from the sump (pit) pipe with an iron chain connected to the pump casing. The lifting support frame can be used as a long-term support frame or a temporary support frame. The lifting support frame is provided with an electric type, hand chain hoist or movable pulley, which is connected with the lifting iron chain.
